Very warm welcome from the maitre d’. Excellent 3 course meal from Le Terroir menu (€36). Crème de pois with chèvre frais and strawberry for starter - didn’t know what to expect but it was so flavoursome. Both of us had the lamb with fennel - lamb melted in your mouth. Finished off with chocolate dessert with cognac ice cream. Good-sized wine list. Wine by the glass (had the Chinon) as I was driving. Would highly recommend.
